Company Overview

Abbott Property Developments Ltd was setup in 2004 by Barry and Julian Abbott (Father and son) after spending years building all varieties of projects ffor customers in around the Peak District.

We started specialising in stonework and have completed many Barn conversions and Stone built extensions and new build properties in Staffordshire and both neighbouring counties of Derbyshire and Cheshire.

Our staff are both academically qualified and time served in the construction industry. Barry sadly passed away in 2010 which left myself (Julian) and the team to grow on our reputation and become Staffordshires premier building company.

I am currently studying for a masters degree in Construction helping us become one of the most knowledgable building companies in the North West.

Our excellent reputation has led to us increasing our company size year on year and the projects we work on has also increased, we have also completed commercial work involving sites which are extremely sensitive containing trees with preservation orders, also buildings containing bats and working around people with learning difficulties.

Due to the quality of our work and our competitive pricing we have been approached by architects around Stoke on Trent and beyond, helping their customers find a genuine building company that will complete their project with the upmost care and keeping to the timescales Abbott Property Developments pride themselves on.
