This was the first time we  have used Abbott Property Developments and would 100% use again, Julian and his team achieved completion of our barn conversion 5 weeks before planned date due to good teamwork, workmanship and organization.Always putting across good ideas/suggestions for improvement which isn't added as extras as other builders would.
10/10 from Start to Finish.

Extremely well done building work. It wasn't a simple build (we live in a 160 year old stone cottage and nothing is straightforward) and Julian kept us informed all the way and also made sensible suggestions about things we hadnt considered.....Julian and his team were extremely tidy and polite and I would highly recommend them.....I will be calling them again for my next project.

I have used Abbott Property Developments on several occasions and can highly recommend their level of workmanship so much so, I would not consider using any other company for any future building works I may require.

If you are now reading this then like us you are about to invest in improving or building your new home and also like us you possibly have the project planned out or at least have your ideas clear in your mind of how things should work out. The biggest question and possibly the largest risk "Who do you trust to interpret your ideas or plans"? As we did not have recommendations and had not carried out such a project in the past we talked to a number of companies and spent the time to research their work. It was quickly clear to us that Julian and Abbott Property Developments shared our view on quality and design and importantly considered the impact on our home whilst the project was ongoing.We are delighted with the changes to our home which were completed ahead of schedule with minimal disruption considering the scale of the project. Julian was always available for discussion and open to ideas as we went along the way. The team were always courteous and kept the site safe and clean during the build.We are now enjoying our new home and have asked the team to return to complete our landscaping. We would have no hesitation in recommending Abbott Property Developments to anyone who has a focus on quality and doing things the "right way".

Abbott Property Developments did a fantastic job on our first floor bedroom extension (above the garage). It was a complex structural job to reinforce the garage and side of the house for the extension with very large steel supports and they executed it perfectly. The 2nd fix finish is excellent and the whole job blends in very well with the existing house. They were on time and on budget. It was the small details that they spent time getting right that made the difference such as matching the brick and using the same materials as existing (incl windows). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Great job. The team were courteous and professional.Our site was always kept clean and tidy much to the approval of our immediate neighbours.We were kept up todate with the schedule of our work and found the staff able to cope with any modification that will undoubtedly occur on this size of project. Excellent job, clean and tidy working, committed and professional and would recommend them to anyone. I have already fed back directly that if any new customers want to see the work they are more than welcome. We will also be providing pictures on the work and progress along for the way. These can also be used on there website. Abbott property development will be our first port of call for ANY other work that we will be wanting doing in the future. Once again fantastic job.

Mr L Derbyshire        I was given abbott propertys number from a friend as I was intending to get 2 quotes for the building of a new stone built house in the grounds of my property. I decided to use Barry and Julian as they seemed very professional and their quote was very competitive. They completed all the work on schedule (Christmas deadline) made sure everything was clean and tidy and I then used them to landscape all the surrounding areas around the property, which they did and it now all looks fantastic. I will continue to use them on any projects I plan in the future.

Mrs T Stoke-on-Trent         As a builder local to me I decided to use Barry and Julian to build my extension to the side of my property, they worked very fast and efficently and always made sure no mess was left when I got home and the house was always secure. They finished the work in 6 weeks which was fantastic and the final budget was less than I thought so 100% happy, will use again in the future.

I Am really pleased I choose them as the finished building looks fantstic and ties into the existing house really well. Mr M Staffordshire           After getting Landscape designs number from 118 I made contact with Julian about the re-designing of my garden, as I work away it was difficult to speak with Julian about what I wanted but when I arrived back the work was completed and everthing was exactly as I wanted, great!

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job.
